Hong Kong Descente Cup 2011

Hong Kong Descente Cup is being held by Hong Kong Descente Trading Limited annually to thank customers for supporting their brands: Munsingwear, le coq sportif Golf Collection, Descente and Calvin Klein golf.  The event is a match but also a social occasion for people to make friends and fun!

The 7th Hong Kong Descente Cup came to a successful conclusion at Hong Kong Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course on November 8, 2011.  128 players took part in the event including VIP members from the above brands, guests from the golf industry, and figures from the entertainment world such as, Eric Tsang, Natalis Chan, Paul Chin, Patrick Dunn, Vivian Lai, Eyvonne Lam, Gilbert Lam, Ruco Chan, Liu Dan, Albert Au, Linda Wong, Cindy lee and Helen Ma..

After a buffet breakfast at Sai2 restaurant aside the Sai Kung harbour, players put on their uniforms and had group photographs taken.  Two private yachts with drinks and snacks provided on board were provided by the organizer to transport the players.

Following the intense competition players returned to Sai2 where they had dinner and the prize presentation ceremony.  Gilbert Lam and Eyvonne Lam made a pair of excellent MCs who created a relaxed and happy atmosphere.  Next to three exciting team games the organizer had arranged an a cappella music performance by the group Orange.  Everyone was amazed by the way the group sang without any instrumental sound!

Finally came the prize-giving ceremony.  This evening Hong Kong Descente Trading Limited had prepared more than HK$1 million worth of prizes and they went not only to winners of the golf game but everyone who joined this party.  At the end everyone went home fully laden and the day’s memorable activities came to an end amidst hearty laughter.
